Description

You will provide technical and billing support for a global streaming media service.

Responsibilities

• Handle general billing inquiries and verify customer account information.
• Troubleshoot and resolve streaming issues on phones, smart TVs, and other devices.
• Determine root causes of technical problems and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and perform necessary follow-ups.
• Manage multiple applications simultaneously to resolve user requests.

Required Skills

• Full professional proficiency in both verbal and written French and English.
• Experience in a customer service or contact center environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of streaming services and basic device troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Basic PC keyboarding skills.
• Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free, and secure environment.
• Reliable hard-wired internet connection with at least 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with CRM applications.
