Description

Provide Service Desk support for approximately 4,000 PC and 5,400 telecom users in Tennessee Ridge, TN.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and troubleshoot personal computers, printers, telephones, and network hardware and software components.
• Resolve basic PC and telephone-related issues via telephone, email, fax, and memo.
• Locate and resolve hardware and software issues for PCs, printers, and telephones using available tools.
• Manage inventory by tracking, receiving, and relocating computer and telephone equipment for repair.
• Configure and troubleshoot PC to LAN connectivity and desktop telephone to switch connectivity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Service Desk support experience.
• LAN connectivity troubleshooting.
• Windows 7 environment experience.
• Cisco network environment experience.
• Hardware installation and configuration for PCs and telephones.
• Any graduate level education.
