Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Communicate clearly in Hindi and English to resolve queries.
• Maintain professional standards during voice interactions.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in spoken English.
• Proficiency in spoken Hindi.
• Experience in a BPO or Voice Process environment.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to join immediately.

Education

• Minimum 10+2 (Intermediate/PUC/Diploma) or any Undergraduate/Graduate degree.
