Perform product testing and failure analysis to support new product development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform product testing and failure analysis for new product development.
• Debug issues in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments.
• Drive issues to closure by interfacing with internal customers.
• Provide technical support and failure analysis to internal stakeholders.
• Deliver technical feedback to minimize redundancy and improve internal processes.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience with SATA, SSD, and NVMe technologies.
• System-level and drive-level debugging using software programs.
• Proficiency with oscilloscopes and bus analyzers.
• Experience installing, modifying, and debugging issues.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments.
• Adherence to established safety procedures and policies.

Preferred Skills

• 2-year tenure in previous relevant roles.
