Description

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data migration and system cutover activities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level execution timelines and detailed cutover plans, including pre- and post-migration tasks, dependencies, and fallback scenarios.
• Coordinate mock cutover execution in QA environments to support UAT preparation and refine execution timing based on lessons learned.
• Execute the final production cutover by tracking migration activities, validating production systems, and communicating milestone achievements.
• Manage resource alignment, stakeholder communication, and production system access for all assigned tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cutover management or migration planning.
• Proven experience managing cutover execution timelines and stakeholder alignment.
• Expertise in UAT Prep and coordinating mock cutover environments.
• Direct experience with Prod system validation.
• Ability to manage complex task dependencies and fallback scenarios.
• Experience tracking pre- and post-data migration activities.

• Any Graduate degree.
