Description

You will lead the development of technical solutions to improve data access, usage, and real-time metric aggregation.

Responsibilities

• Translate computer algorithms into prototype code and maintain organized, trend-identified large data sets.
• Design, develop, and maintain data models, analytics frameworks, and machine learning solutions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and tools to provide actionable insights for business users.
• Lead and mentor a team of Data Scientists, Analysts, and AI/ML Engineers.
• Execute experimentation frameworks, including A/B test design and success metric definition.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to translate clickstream behavioral data into strategic insights.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of technical experience in data analytics, data engineering, data science, or AI/ML.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Hive.
• Strong programming experience with Python or R.
• Extensive experience with clickstream behavioral data and statistical analysis.
• Proven expertise in data modeling, data design, and schema management.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Kafka, or Storm.
• Advanced knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization.
• Ability to design and execute A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or Finance.
