Description

You own the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technology programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, timelines, and resource allocation for large-scale technology programs alongside engineering leads.
• Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage the product backlog and track sprint metrics such as burndown charts and team velocity.
• Identify, track, and resolve cross-team dependencies and impediments across engineering pods.
• Articulate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to technical teams and executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Project Management within software engineering.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience managing teams in this framework.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar project management software such as Jira or Confluence.
• Experience managing project artifacts, including roadmaps, dependency maps, and status reports.
• Ability to discuss technical concepts and architecture with engineers while communicating with business stakeholders.
• Experience supporting testing, cutover, and hypercare phases, including war room facilitation during IST hours.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
