Description

You provide SME-level support for engineering CAD software and infrastructure across physical, virtual, and cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support the Autodesk application suite (AutoCAD, Vault, Inventor) alongside Dassault Systèmes, Polyworks, and proprietary applications.
• Manage installation, configuration, and ongoing support of Windows 10 CAD-compatible applications.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and root cause analysis to resolve technical issues.
• Create clear, concise, and professional technical documentation.
• Provide 24x7 on-call coverage and work flexible hours to support production.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting high-end CAD applications.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Vault environments.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Inventor, and Dassault Systèmes.
• Strong project management and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to walk extended distances within a 2.6M sq ft facility.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and climb ladders or staircases to access equipment.
• Ability to travel to manufacturing facilities in the USA, Mexico, and Canada.
