Description

Design, implement, and troubleshoot network infrastructure within campus and data center environments. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Aruba core switches, including 6400 and 6300 series.
• Implement VLAN routing, trunk links, LACP/MCLAG, and integrate Aruba solutions with SD-WAN and Zscaler.
• Manage network security by implementing zero-trust principles and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues using root-cause analysis and network analysis tools.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of network architectures, configurations, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, EVPN/VXLAN, and STP.
• Hands-on experience with Cx-switching and network design.
• Proficiency in network security and integration tasks.
• Ability to automate network management tasks using Python.
• Experience in a multi-vendor environment and prior consulting experience.
• Wireless experience involving site surveys and wireless design.

Preferred Skills

• Aruba Certified Switching Professional (ACSP) or equivalent certification.
