Description

Lead technical and functional solutioning for Oracle CX applications in a client-facing environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test data conversion objects, integrations, extensions, and custom BIP reports.
• Translate business requirements into functional design specifications, fit-gap documents, configuration workbooks, and user stories.
• Manage third-party integrations with Oracle CX cloud systems and handle database and data lake integrations.
• Execute unit and performance testing and participate in quality assurance for all functional deliverables.
• Provide technical support for Oracle CX Marketing, Sales, and Service modules.

Required Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience with CX products, including at least 3 years specifically in Oracle CX Cloud.
• Proven track record of at least 2 end-to-end Oracle SCP Cloud implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle CX Marketing, Sales, and Service modules.
• Direct experience with Oracle Visual Builder.
• Proficiency in designing and developing reports based on functional specifications.
• Experience with RTM and Oracle CX cloud systems.
• Mandatory prior experience in client-facing and consulting roles.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud Implementation Certification.
• Experience using Jira.
