Description

You will provide techno-functional support for Oracle CX Marketing, Sales, and Service modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test data conversion objects, integrations, extensions, and custom BIP reports.
• Manage third-party integrations with the Oracle CX cloud system.
• Translate business requirements and functional specifications into technical solutions and reports.
• Produce functional artifacts including fit-gap documents, configuration workbooks, design specifications, user stories, and test scripts.
• Participate in the quality assurance process for all functional deliverables.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in techno-functional roles.
• Deep understanding of Oracle CX cloud modules: Marketing, Sales, and Service.
• Experience with Database and Data Lake integrations.
• Proficiency in designing and testing integrations and extensions.
• Experience conducting unit and performance testing.
• Ability to develop custom BIP reports.
• Experience working with Jira.
