Description

You will engineer and maintain the NICE CXone contact center platform in Lansing, MI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain code within the NICE CXone Studio environment.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot webservice API calls.
• Troubleshoot end-to-end call center applications, including browser-specific issues in Chrome and Edge.
• Manage platform components including ACD, IVR, Auto Dialer, OMNIChannel, WFM, and Interaction Analytics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with NICE CXone (ACD, IVR, Auto Dialer, OMNIChannel, WFM, Studio, Interaction Analytics, POCs, and Auto Attendant).
• 3+ years of experience specifically with NICE CXone Studio.
• 5+ years of experience developing and troubleshooting webservice API calls.
• 4+ years of programming experience in C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Contact Center Dashboard creation and Salesforce.
• Knowledge of intersystem networking and data traffic flow between components.
• Experience troubleshooting web-based applications like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
