Description

You will engineer solutions directly on the NICE CXone platform, focusing on automation, API integration, and contact center component management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation workflows using NICE CXone Studio.
• Program, integrate, and troubleshoot web service API calls.
• Manage core contact center components: ACD, IVR, Auto Dialer, OMNIChannel, WFM, and Interaction Analytics.
• Troubleshoot end-to-end call center applications, including browser-based issues in Chrome and Edge.
• Configure Proof of Concept (POC) environments and Auto Attendant workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with NICE InContact CXone (ACD, IVR, Auto Dialer, OMNIChannel, WFM, Studio, Interaction Analytics, POCs, Auto Attendant).
• 3+ years of specific experience with NICE CXOne Studio.
• 4+ years of programming experience in C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• 5+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting web service API calls.
• Ability to troubleshoot web-based application interactions with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce and Contact Center Dashboard creation.
• Foundational knowledge of intersystem networking and data traffic flow between components.
