You will develop solutions within the CXOne platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations using APIs and Web Services.
• Implement features across IVR and ACD components.
• Design and build solutions utilizing the CXOne platform capabilities.
• Handle data exchange via REST APIs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Familiarity with Nice CXone.
• Knowledge of Platform, IVR, and ACD concepts.
• Proficiency in developing REST and API integrations.
• Experience with Web Services.
• Bachelor of Computer Science degree.
