Description

You will design and build solutions on the Nice CXone platform, owning integrations, IVR, and ACD components.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs and Web Services.
• Implement features across IVR and ACD components.
• Design solutions utilizing core CXone platform capabilities.
• Handle data exchange via REST APIs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep familiarity with Nice CXone platform.
• Strong knowledge of Platform, IVR, and ACD concepts.
• Proficiency in developing REST API integrations.
• Experience with Web Services development.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Bachelor of Computer Science degree.
