Description

You will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for IVR and call flow validation using Cyara and Amazon Connect.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Validate Amazon Connect call flows, routing logic, and integrations.
• Perform API and microservices validation using Postman.
• Analyze defects, identify root causes, and drive closure with engineering teams.
• Contribute to test strategy, planning, and reusable test frameworks for Contact Center programs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure test completeness and accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on IVR testing experience.
• 5+ years of Cyara automation experience (design and execution).
• 5+ years of Contact Center testing expertise (IVR, ACD, Routing, CTI).
• 5+ years of Postman usage for API testing and validation.
• 3+ years of Amazon Connect understanding and platform navigation.
• 3+ years of experience testing microservices-based architectures.
• 5+ years of English and Spanish IVR testing experience.
• Experience with JSON and XML.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of telephony fundamentals, SIP, call routing, and CTI flows.
• Familiarity with log analysis for debugging.
