Description

Lead the Operational Technology (OT) Security competency, driving business growth through strategic solution development, sales pursuit ownership, and talent management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement go-to-market plans for OT Security across Americas, EMEIA, and APAC regions.
• Build new OT Security solutions in collaboration with global cybersecurity leadership.
• Own end-to-end sales pursuits, including RFP responses, proposal defense, and drafting Statements of Work (SoW) with precise scoping and pricing.
• Manage competency operational metrics, including utilization, productivity, bench, and people metrics such as retention and certifications.
• Drive growth strategies and identify strategic opportunities for partnerships or acquisitions.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of overall professional experience.
• 10+ years in architecture, engineering, implementation, and operations of OT systems.
• 6+ years in consulting services specifically for OT Security.
• Expertise in cybersecurity solutioning and scoping.
• Proven ability in sales opportunity qualification and proposal defense.
• Experience in managing delivery capabilities and operational metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• MBA degree.
