Description

You will lead the development of advanced analytic techniques to drive a data-driven, intelligence-based cybersecurity program.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data Scientists to develop analytic techniques for anomaly and intrusion detection.
• Define and manage the onboarding process for new systems into the security analytics portfolio.
• Lead the creation of standard analytic dashboards for intelligence and operational teams.
• Partner with application development teams to implement standards for access and activity logging.
• Define models for appropriate and inappropriate information system usage and manage risk measurement frameworks.
• Work with external partners to implement information sharing patterns and processes.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of information security experience.
• Minimum 2 years utilizing Machine Learning and statistical analytics for anomaly and behavioral analysis.
• Expert-level knowledge of SIEM, log management, or threat monitoring systems.
• Expert-level knowledge of security architectural designs and requirements development.
• Advanced knowledge of network security concepts and all layers of the OSI Model.
• Proficiency with Perl, R, Python, and regular expressions.
• Experience with Windows Client/Server, Unix/Linux Systems, Mac OSX, and VMware.
• Experience with NoSQL database platforms and building actionable dashboards.
• Working knowledge of cloud security, including IaaS and SaaS.
• Background in Information Security Incident Response, intrusion detection, and firewall technologies.
• Knowledge of data exchange formats like TAXII and STIX.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing and developing a team within a multinational enterprise.
• CISSP certification.
