Description

You will manage information security standard and risk-related projects within the Indices Business Information Security Office.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead security and risk programs using Agile methodologies to provide strategic direction to peers and direct reports.
• Design and manage project plans in complex environments, adjusting for changing requirements.
• Document projects to mitigate risk and ensure on-time delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive effective project delivery.
• Prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in time-sensitive environments.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience with cybersecurity and information security concepts.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as ADO or JIRA Boards.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience in technology risk management execution, including tech and cyber controls.
• Experience with risk management frameworks, ITGC, and AWS cloud environments.
• PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.
