You will perform security monitoring, active investigations, and incident response activities.

Responsibilities

• Drive security operations analyst activities, communicate with management, and document investigations (40%).
• Review new attack vectors impacting IT and develop necessary changes for detection visibility (20%).
• Participate in cross-functional security work to mature security operations capabilities (20%).
• Identify and develop solutions for automated threat detection and cloud security operations (10%).
• Provide consultation during deployment of cloud security tools to monitor IaaS/PaaS/SaaS and DevSecOps (10%).

Required Skills

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in information security, specifically incident response and technical investigations including cloud infrastructure.
• Solid practical knowledge of ICT cybersecurity in network technologies and Windows/Linux.
• Experience with common security technologies including XDR, IDS, SIEM, and Firewalls.
• Working knowledge of security principles.
• Experience with Cloud environments: GCP, Azure, AWS, and Alibaba.
• Familiarity with Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) and Case Management.
• Strong written and oral communication skills to explain technical ideas to non-technical staff.
