Description

You will secure software development and deployment within a cloud-first application environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop security plans and compliance documentation traceable to regulatory and enterprise requirements.
• Implement security controls and support a DevSecOps framework within Agile teams.
• Design and implement continuous monitoring for applications.
• Provide hands-on support for incident response, troubleshooting, and team leadership during security events.
• Partner with internal legal, contract, and IT teams, as well as external supply chain partners under the CMMC initiative.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Enterprise Cyber Security and IT experience in complex technical environments.
• Strong knowledge of DFARS, NIST 800-171, and NIST 800-53 frameworks.
• Experience obtaining Authority to Operate (ATO) within the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Proficiency in Shell scripting, PowerShell, or Python for task automation.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
• CISSP or equivalent DoD-required Cybersecurity certification.
• Ability to interpret and communicate technical security requirements and policies.
• Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance (CJ#).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
