Description

Provide guidance, installation, and support for ZScaler infrastructure within the security operations team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform ruleset upgrades and deliver ZIA reporting.
• Support Change Management processes and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Respond to security requests and incidents within established SLAs.
• Train stakeholders and end-users on ZScaler administration and use.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 2+ years in enterprise-scale environments.
• Hands-on ZScaler experience (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX).
• Networking and DNS fundamentals, including routing, traffic inspection, and network tunneling (GRE/IPSec, NAT, subnetting).
• Working knowledge of Syslog, firewall policies, PAC files, and proxy chaining.
• Integration experience with Okta, CyberArk, and Splunk.
• Troubleshooting across distributed architectures.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an MBI/T2 clearance.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow experience.
• ZScaler Certified Professional or CompTIA Security+ Certification.
