Description

You will lead the cybersecurity practice, driving security strategy and risk management for global enterprises.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cybersecurity strategy for assigned business groups, aligning with global standards.
• Conduct security reviews of customer solutions to define security posture and maturity roadmaps.
• Implement and improve cybersecurity controls and governance models against evolving threats.
• Drive technical presales engagements to support business growth and deal closure.
• Act as principal security advisor to senior leadership, guiding on risk and compliance.

Required Skills

• Minimum 12 years of overall professional experience, with 5+ years in senior cybersecurity architecture.
• Deep expertise in cybersecurity strategy, IAM, vulnerability management, SOA/XDR, and incident response.
• Command of Zero Trust Architecture, Secure-by-Design, and Defense-in-Depth principles.
• Experience in large global enterprises or highly regulated industries (finance, healthcare, manufacturing).
• Familiarity with SOC environments and active incident response participation.
• Experience contributing to enterprise RFP responses and solution positioning.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, SABSA, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
