Description

Architect and engineer security solutions using IBM Tealeaf, owning the data processing pipeline, configuration, and analytics fidelity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage the Tealeaf data processing pipeline, including PCA, Canisters, Portal, and Replay server.
• Implement Tealeaf analytics and replay, setting up events, dimensions, privacy rules, and replay rules.
• Troubleshoot replay fidelity issues and optimize configuration to maintain high-fidelity data capture.
• Collaborate with development teams on Tealeaf-compatible pages and APIs to ensure proper integration.
• Analyze deep-dive data to present actionable business insights derived from Tealeaf metrics.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of relevant professional experience in engineering or architecture.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Tealeaf implementation, administration, and configuration.
• 3-5 years of experience configuring Tealeaf analytics and replay features.
• Strong understanding of website and web server architecture.
• Working knowledge of cloud computing environments.
• Familiarity with Web 2.0 standards, including JSON and JavaScript.
• Experience with API integration.
• Familiarity with Splunk for log analysis and monitoring.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to lead collaboration with development teams on Tealeaf-compatible pages and APIs.
• Experience presenting actionable business insights from deep-dive data analysis.
