Description

You will lead and manage enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) programs, defining scope, metrics, and roadmaps for risk and compliance tool deployments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise GRC programs including risk assessments, control implementation, and compliance initiatives.
• Establish governance structures, steering committees, and conduct regular reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Define program scope, deliverables, success criteria, and performance metrics aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop project plans and roadmaps for risk and compliance tool deployments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in GRC program management.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and risk methodologies.
• Experience with NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, SOX, and GDPR compliance standards.
• Proficiency with GRC tools such as Archer and ServiceNow GRC.
• Expertise in IT risk management and policy governance.
• Ability to collaborate with CISOs, risk owners, and auditors.
