You will bridge the gap between business users and technical teams to deliver security-focused software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical user stories and actionable tasks for development teams.
• Manage and refine product backlogs with product owners, defining clear and testable acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders to map workflows and complex system processes.
• Drive cross-team consensus and manage stakeholder engagements to ensure project scope aligns with priorities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years of experience working within an Agile software development team.
• Proficiency in Agile patterns including backlog tracking, velocity, burndown metrics, and defect management.
• Experience defining Agile artifacts such as epics, stories, and tasks.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Competency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint for data analysis and process flow diagramming.
• Knowledge of cloud environments including AWS, Azure, GCP, or Alibaba.
• Professional fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Relevant industry certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting trend analysis and highlighting outliers using raw data.
