Deliver business analysis for technically oriented cyber security projects to ensure regulatory obligations are met.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define the business analysis approach to support cyber project delivery and strategy.
• Manage end-to-end requirements and maintain traceability across the full project lifecycle.
• Produce accurate documentation and deliverables for large-scale cyber projects.
• Facilitate agreement between business customers and solution providers on functional outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into functional outcomes through clear written and oral communication.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of business analysis experience across the end-to-end project lifecycle.
• Proven experience providing Lead BA services on complex projects or within large programmes.
• Direct experience completing BA deliverables within a cyber and information security function.
• Strong knowledge of Cyber Security Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) or Risk Analytics & Reporting.
• Expertise in business analysis tools, techniques, and requirements management best practices.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills involving SMEs and project sponsors.
• Experience working within structured environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with projects involving broad-based business and IT change.
• Knowledge of leading cyber security, information resilience, or risk management frameworks.
