Description

You will oversee complex cybersecurity initiatives, specifically the Cyber Technology SOGR project, ensuring delivery within SAFe frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules in Masterworks, reporting on variances and maintaining quality-assured baselines.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including Charters, Management Plans, Requirements, Design, Test Plans, and Implementation documents.
• Produce weekly status reports detailing activities, accomplishments, issues, and resolutions.
• Coordinate with technical leads, team members, vendors, and contractors to deliver capabilities.
• Identify and manage risks through ongoing mitigation plans and utilize formal change management processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• PMP certification.
• SAFe certification.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Experience managing Project Charters, Management Plans, Requirements, Design, and Test Plans.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint for project tracking.
• Ability to maintain PLM artifacts within SAFe teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
