You own the security posture across enterprise, OT, and cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incident handling, CSIRT, and SOC processes, including investigations.
• Develop risk and vulnerability assessments, threat modeling, and mitigation strategies.
• Design and execute security programs, policies, and technical controls aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Communicate risks and recommendations to senior leadership, translating technical concepts to business terms.
• Manage vendor relationships and project delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget alignment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in cybersecurity leadership covering enterprise, OT, and cloud environments.
• Strong background in incident response, SOC operations, compliance, and security architecture.
• Hands-on knowledge of security tools such as firewalls, SIEM, and endpoint protection.
• Experience across IT, manufacturing, and finance sectors.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, NERC CIP, and IEC-62443 compliance.
• Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills to bridge technical and business language.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Kaizen, Gemba, Nemawashi, and Horenso principles.
