Description

Analyze technical data to detect suspicious actors and develop automated solutions to mitigate cyber risks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Detect and characterize abnormal behavior to develop data-driven threat mitigation solutions.
• Conduct security research and incident investigations using application logs, infrastructure logs, and BI events.
• Support data science projects by handling data collection, project definition, and model evaluation.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics while monitoring data integrity.
• Provide security guidance and threat analysis methodologies to internal teams.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of practical experience in cyber security or network intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL for quantitative analysis.
• Experience with Python data analysis packages including Pandas and Numpy.
• Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI.
• Deep understanding of network layers, protocols, and identification/authorization flows.
• Ability to manage long-term projects and short-term tasks independently.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SOC, Incident Response, or Fraud detection roles.
• Hands-on experience using Splunk for data analysis.
