Description

Lead the development and implementation of secure software policies while conducting security scanning, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of secure software development policies and best practices.
• Conduct software security scanning, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate security controls into the software lifecycle.
• Interpret security data and translate findings into actionable insights to reduce vulnerabilities.
• Provide guidance on security architecture and secure coding practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application security or secure software development.
• Minimum of two years of experience with static analysis (SAST) or threat modeling tools.
• Strong understanding of application vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and remediation strategies.
• Experience working with SCA, SAST, and secrets management solutions.
• Familiarity with industry frameworks like OWASP, CIS, and NIST standards.
• Solid application engineering background with knowledge of secure software design principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating security tools into CI/CD pipelines.
