Description

You will design and implement institutional-grade key management architectures for digital asset platforms, owning the full lifecycle from generation to recovery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve HSM and MPC-based key management systems for hot, warm, and cold storage models.
• Define cryptographic designs that align with regulatory, security, and audit expectations.
• Own incident response, disaster recovery design, and security runbooks.
• Articulate risk-based trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Apply AI tools to complex engineering workflows to improve efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in security engineering or cryptography.
• Deep knowledge of Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) and Multi-Party Computation (MPC).
• Experience with crypto custody, digital asset platforms, or blockchain infrastructure.
• Strong systems thinking ability to connect technology, security, policy, and operations.
• Proven track record of challenging assumptions and raising concerns early in high-stakes environments.
• Ability to design secure key generation, storage, rotation, signing, and recovery mechanisms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI tools in engineering workflows.
• Background in regulatory compliance for financial or digital asset services.
