Description

You will own security controls and countermeasures across cloud and on-premise systems throughout the SDLC and operational maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement security controls across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Review security designs for technology upgrades and recommend controls.
• Follow NIST and NYDFS frameworks with system integrators for data protection.
• Develop security requirements for internet-facing applications, web services, and APIs.
• Monitor information systems for incidents and vulnerabilities, implementing countermeasures.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in system design and security engineering across cloud and on-premise.
• Strong understanding of Secure SDLC, OWASP, and NIST frameworks.
• Expertise in secure design reviews and Identity and Access Management (IAM) protocols.
• Proven experience implementing security solutions aligned with architecture strategies.
• Professional certifications: CISSP, CCSP, or CISA.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of IAM technologies: SAML, Federation, PAM, and MFA.
• Experience with Data Security, Cryptography, Encryption, and DLP tools.
• Familiarity with CASB, vulnerability scanning tools, and log management.
