Description

You will secure network infrastructure and identity management systems within the Azure Gov environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement network security controls and deploy endpoint protection in Azure Gov.
• Deploy and monitor intrusion detection systems and manage SIEM alerts.
• Remediate vulnerabilities identified during audits and vulnerability scans.
• Integrate security checks into CI/CD pipelines alongside DevOps teams.
• Support incident response, root cause analysis, and access monitoring controls.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in security engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls and IDS/IPS technologies.
• Proficiency with SIEM tools for threat detection and monitoring.
• Experience integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications such as Security+ or CISSP.
• Experience with Okta and SailPoint identity configurations.
