Description

You will secure Azure cloud environments, manage identity protection, and enforce compliance frameworks.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Secure Azure environments using Azure Defender, MS Sentinel, Key Vault, Policy, and Blueprints.
• Manage Azure Active Directory (AAD), including conditional access, MFA, and identity protection.
• Implement and monitor compliance with regulatory standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
• Execute threat modeling, vulnerability management, and SIEM/SOAR tuning and response workflows.
• Automate security tasks using PowerShell, Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT security or cloud security roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience securing Azure environments.
• Expertise in Azure Active Directory (AAD), PIM, and RBAC.
• Experience with NSGs, ASGs, VPN, ExpressRoute, and hybrid connectivity security.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform.
• Experience integrating security controls into CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of security alert triage, forensics, and SIEM/SOAR workflows.

Preferred Skills

• MS Certified Cybersecurity Architect Expert, Azure Security Engineer Associate (SC-300), CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CISM.
