Description

You will own the security and operational integrity of cloud infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Splunk Cloud Infrastructure, including indexing, data normalization, and lifecycle management.
• Manage AWS Key Management Services (KMS) for encryption key lifecycle and implement security controls to safeguard sensitive data.
• Respond to security incidents, investigate threats, and remediate identified risks using Root Cause Analysis.
• Maintain documentation for security configurations, incidents, and remediation actions.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Cyber Security Engineering, enterprise technology design, deployment, and support.
• Proficiency with Linux/Unix and basic scripting in Bash and Python.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security principles, particularly AWS, including Lambda, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and GuardDuty.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
• Knowledge of data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GCP security tools and practices.
• Advanced troubleshooting and incident response history.
