Description

You will drive compliance initiatives and assist the organization in achieving industry-specific certifications within an agile environment. You will serve as a subject matter expert for ISO 27001 and TIISAX compliance initiatives. You will perform detailed risk assessments and self-assessments to evaluate cybersecurity program maturity. You will execute a compliance strategy to identify gaps and ensure adherence to NIST CSF and other standards. You will develop executive-level dashboards and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to track program performance. You will track activities and milestones through closure using JIRA. You will collaborate with cross-functional business leaders to maintain globally recognized information security certifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for ISO 27001 and TIISAX compliance initiatives.
• Perform risk assessments to evaluate cybersecurity program maturity.
• Execute compliance strategies for NIST CSF adherence.
• Develop executive dashboards and KRIs for program tracking.
• Manage compliance activities and milestones via JIRA.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or compliance roles.
• Deep expertise in ISO 27001 and TIISAX frameworks.
• Practical application of NIST CSF.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk management and assessment.
• Experience with Information Security and Cybersecurity Operations.
• Proficiency in developing actionable metrics and data quality standards.
• CISSP or CISM certification.
• Ability to work on-site 3 days per week in Irvine, CA.
