Description

You will manage Checkmarx and Checkmarx ONE platforms, ensuring application security integrity through technical support, vendor management, and platform stability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for Checkmarx and Checkmarx ONE platforms.
• Drive vendor accountability to resolve product defects and ensure platform stability.
• Manage patching and upgrade testing processes to maintain secure environments.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Application Security Champions, development teams, and offshore partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation reflecting all process changes and support procedures.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of application security experience.
• Deep understanding of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies and Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technology integration issues.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation for internal stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of cloud experience.
• 3+ years of Python scripting experience.
• 2+ years of SQL experience.
