Description

You will own operational engineering and development within the SailPoint platform during a transition to Microsoft Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features within SailPoint to strengthen cybersecurity posture and resolve technical defects.
• Perform unit testing and create test steps for quality assurance.
• Maintain process documentation, change control, and ITSM records.
• Peer review colleague code and suggest architectural improvements.
• Coach and mentor junior team members within an agile environment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant.
• 3+ years of hands-on SailPoint experience, including workflow knowledge.
• Experience with SailPoint connectors, specifically Webservice, JDBC, and Service Desk Integration.
• 5+ years of experience with Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Deep understanding of identity lifecycle and data flow to/from SailPoint.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical defects and manage backend infrastructure like virtual appliances.
• Proficiency in Agile processes and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with global compliance frameworks impacting identity and security.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Security Engineering, or equivalent field experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow.
