Description

Manage and evolve core security technologies to enhance organizational maturity and support identity operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the operation and continuous maturity enhancement of CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault.
  • Develop standard and custom integration patterns, connectors, APIs, and toolkits to enable self-service adoption.
  • Drive firm-wide adoption campaigns using agile methodologies.
  • Communicate security risks and mitigation options to internal customers, security teams, and leadership.
  • Research and evaluate new commercial and open source technologies to refresh the existing solution bank.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of experience supporting and using CyberArk or HashiCorp Vault.
  • 6+ years of foundational Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience.
  • Experience with Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, SCIM, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with global teams.
  • Knowledge of automation, DevOps, and CI/CD.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on implementation and integration experience with CyberArk or HashiCorp Vault.
  • Ability to develop custom connectors and automation for PAM and CI/CD secrets management.
  • Exposure to application development, API development, configuration management, microservices architecture, ServiceMesh, and policy-as-code.
