Description

Provide technical support and subject matter expertise for the PAS-X manufacturing execution system, including configuration, L3 bug fixes, and advanced troubleshooting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve P1/P2 incidents and L2 integration issues across MES, SAP, and automation systems.
• Implement complex application changes and execute SQL queries within the database.
• Maintain PAS-X infrastructure, including back-end servers and front-end administration.
• Develop automation tools for preventive actions and create ticket dashboards to improve SLA and MTTR metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with MES PAS-X applications and L4 support.
• Hands-on experience with Werum PAS-X (version 3.1.8 or later).
• Proficiency in SQL programming and database management.
• Technical expertise with Windows Servers, JBoss, Citrix, BPS, and WXI.
• Experience configuring interfaces with SAP, OSI PI, ELIMS, and DeltaV.
• Knowledge of networking protocols including TCP/IP, NAS, and drive mapping.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry under GxP regulations.
