Description

You will maintain the availability, stability, and performance of security tool servers and network components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and operational stability of security tool components.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues by collaborating with technical teams and vendors.
• Plan and execute minor version upgrades and maintenance activities, including software and agent reinstalls.
• Develop, test, and deploy scripts for agent upgrades and bug fixes.
• Manage service request fulfillment and provide fix support for security platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in security platform support and system maintenance.
• Proficiency in developing and deploying scripts for software upgrades.
• Experience with Cloud Security, Network Security, and Networking.
• Ability to manage server and network operating system maintenance.
• Proven track record of taking ownership of tasks from assignment to resolution.
• Participate in Disaster Recovery exercises.
• Handle after-office or weekend on-call duties.

Preferred Skills

• Experience replacing manual tasks with automation to improve efficiency and sustainability.
