Description

You will lead technical security efforts and incident investigations within OEM environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical investigations into security incidents and vulnerabilities across Vehicle, Application, and Back End systems.
• Organize project activities into manageable work efforts based on established project plans.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members.
• Track vulnerabilities and remediation efforts using Jira and other project management tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convey technical information and meet project deadlines.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of engineering experience in cybersecurity, incident response, or vulnerability management.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
• Expertise in incident response frameworks such as NIST CSF or ISO 27035.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
• Experience with vulnerability management and incident response methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Scrum practices.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in automotive cybersecurity or related industries.
