Lead cybersecurity engineering initiatives for complex enterprise environments, focusing on hybrid and cloud infrastructure security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams delivering security capabilities across hybrid and cloud environments.
• Oversee security engineering programs in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Drive platform and infrastructure engineering strategies to enhance security posture.
• Manage progressive technical security roles and mentor senior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and certifications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity engineering, platform engineering, or infrastructure/cloud engineering.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams or managing security engineering programs.
• Strong background in cybersecurity and Asm Cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated experience delivering security solutions in hybrid/cloud environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Information Security, Engineering, or Business.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or cloud security specialty.
• Manufacturing or industrial exposure.
