Description

You own the organization's cybersecurity strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory mandates.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify security threats.
• Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Oversee the deployment of security technologies and controls.
• Monitor security posture and manage incident response activities.
• Mentor security team members and report strategy effectiveness to management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on strategy development.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Proven experience conducting risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.
• Ability to implement security policies and procedures.
• Experience with security technologies including Firewall and intrusion detection systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cloud Computing security.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GDPR or HIPAA.
