Description

You will provide L2 support for CyberArk Privileged Access Security environments in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

• Manage account onboarding, safe creation, and troubleshooting for Windows, Unix, and SQL accounts.
• Execute disaster recovery drill activities and perform CyberArk patching tasks.
• Support the Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) process within the security framework.
• Resolve issues related to CyberArk implementation and ongoing support operations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk PAS components including EPV, PVWA, CPM, and PSM.
• Proficiency with CyberArk EPM and CyberArk PTA.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Azure SSO/MFA.
• Experience managing Windows, Unix, and SQL environments.
• Scripting knowledge for task automation.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Pacli/PUU tools, DNA Tool, and PAS Reporting.
