You will lead AI red teaming initiatives to advance adversarial cybersecurity research and support threat-driven risk management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage GenAI assessments and scenario-based security testing.
• Evaluate risks related to Generative AI, including data poisoning, model extraction, and prompt injection.
• Apply frameworks like OWASP, MITRE ATLAS, and NIST AI RMF to assess GenAI system robustness and safety.
• Utilize GenAI platforms and APIs while implementing necessary security controls.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on intelligence analysis and risk assessment findings.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Generative AI architectures, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and planning adversarial assessments.
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 LLM 2025 and agentic risks.
• Proficiency with Jira, ServiceNow, and Confluence.
• Experience using ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
• Experience utilizing Power BI and Microsoft Suite (Visio, Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of regulations and ethical considerations for Generative AI.
