Lead the design, implementation, and management of security strategies to protect critical IT systems and data across cloud and on-premise environments.

You will own the release pipeline

Responsibilities

• Develop organization-wide cybersecurity strategies, lead risk assessments, and conduct threat modeling.
• Oversee Security Operations Centre (SOC) functions, including threat intelligence, incident response, and root cause analysis.
• Manage security infrastructure including firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, SIEM, DDoS, and DLP systems.
• Integrate security into the SDLC through DevSecOps collaboration and ensure secure configurations for servers, networks, and databases.
• Establish security policies and lead compliance efforts for frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, or SOC 2.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT security with increasing responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in network and endpoint security, security architecture, and engineering.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk, QRadar, or Logsign.
• Proficiency in vulnerability management, penetration testing, EDR, SOAR, and DLP.
• Direct experience securing multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA.
• Experience implementing zero-trust architecture and SASE models.
• Ability to manage identity and access management (IAM) using Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM, or GCP IAM.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications including CISSP, CISM, CEH, or OSCP.
• AWS or Azure Security Specialty certifications.
