Description

Lead the cybersecurity program to protect critical assets and ensure compliance with the NIST framework.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of cybersecurity roadmap initiatives with internal IT and external managed services.
• Oversee the development, execution, and coordination of incident response plans and forensic investigations.
• Manage endpoint and network security environments, including policy modifications and health metrics reporting.
• Analyze security events through SIEM platform monitoring and log management across Windows, Linux, and cloud infrastructure.
• Coordinate penetration testing for network infrastructure, web applications, and API endpoints.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles.
• Deep knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework and standards.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM platform management and log analysis.
• Expertise in Network Security and Endpoint Security.
• Proficiency with Active Directory and Windows/Linux security.
• Experience managing vulnerability management and penetration testing workflows.
• Working knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure and Email security.
• Understanding of DLP concepts and Incident Response.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting PCI, SOC1/2, and HIPAA assessments by gathering and reviewing security evidence.
