Description

You will analyze and reverse engineer malware samples across Android and iOS platforms to identify threats and mitigate security risks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform static and dynamic malware analysis on Android and iOS applications to uncover malicious behavior and indicators of compromise.
• Reverse engineer mobile apps and malware samples using specialized tools and techniques to understand attack vectors.
• Build and maintain isolated malware analysis environments and testing laboratories for safe investigation.
• Recreate attack scenarios to validate findings and document technical reports for engineering and security teams.
• Research emerging mobile threats and recommend mitigation strategies to improve the organization's security posture.

Required Skills

• 9 to 17 years of experience in malware analysis, reverse engineering, or mobile security.
• Hands-on expertise in Android and iOS security architectures, including kernel-level and application-layer analysis.
• Proficiency in reverse engineering tools and methodologies for mobile platforms.
• Programming proficiency in at least one of the following: Java, Kotlin, Swift, or Objective-C.
• Experience setting up malware analysis sandboxes and recreating complex attack scenarios.
• Strong understanding of threat hunting, incident analysis, and vulnerability assessment.
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Security certifications such as OSCP or GIAC.
• Experience analyzing AI-driven threats and advanced persistent threats.
